Built on Faith

Service Description

Built On Faith is a 30-minute, faith-inspired strength class that combines purposeful movement with faith-filled encouragement. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, we’ll strengthen the core, glutes, hips, thighs, back, and more through controlled, low-impact movement. More than a workout, this class is a reminder to surrender our goals to God, trust Him with the journey, and move in the strength He provides. All fitness levels are welcome.
