Non-Membership Options

Participate in studio-led classes, infrared sauna sessions, red light therapy full body session with no membership commitment.

Studio-Led classes can be purchased in single class, 6 class packs, and 10 class packs.

Drop-in rates for classes vary from $10-$20 per class. 

Infrared Sauna sessions can be purchased in single session, 3 pack sessions, 5 pack sessions, or 10 pack sessions. 

Infrared sauna sessions are pre-scheduled for 40 minute sessions.

Red Light Therapy sessions can be purchased in single sessions, 5 pack sessions, and 10 pack session. 

Full Body Red Light sessions are pre-scheduled for 20 minute sessions.
