Abs
This workout class is focused on toning, trimming and strengthening abdominal muscles.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a form of yoga that utilizes a swing suspended from the ceiling to support the body during various yoga poses. This allows practitioners to experience yoga poses in a unique way, often with increased flexibility and range of motion due to the support provided by the swing. It is known for improving flexibility, strength, balance, and spinal alignment, while also offering a unique and fun way to experience yoga. Aerial yoga can be a great option for beginners as the swing provides support, making certain poses more accessible.

Bar Sculpt
This workout class combines bar work with full body sculpting. Instruments used may include bands, weights, balls, and blocks!

Beat Boxing Fitness
Get ready to sweat, smile, and slay! 💥
Beat Boxing Fitness is a high-energy, non-stop cardio party that fuses fierce punches, powerful kicks, and knockout dance moves—all set to today’s hottest hits across every genre. Think of it as your favorite dance party meets a full-body workout. Come ready to move, groove, and crush calories while having an absolute blast!

Bootcamp
Get ready to sweat, smile, and slay! 💥
Beat Boxing Fitness is a high-energy, non-stop cardio party that fuses fierce punches, powerful kicks, and knockout dance moves—all set to today’s hottest hits across every genre. Think of it as your favorite dance party meets a full-body workout. Come ready to move, groove, and crush calories while having an absolute blast!

Booty Blast
Booty Blast -You'll experience a variety of exercises carefully selected to maximize glute engagement and define your glutes with the incorporation of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Gain more knowledge about lower body strength training; while having you leave with the best booty pump ever.

Bungee
​A Bungee workout can enhance your coordination, boost your strength and skyrocket your confidence. It's a cardiovascular workout minus the impact, so it's gentler on the body's joints. The bungee cord gives just enough resistance to keep your muscles working, along with an element of playfulness that keeps you interested and engaged.

Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is a moderate to high intensity cardio class. You burn calories while drumming to the beat of the music and our instructor incorporates several different moves to work different muscles in your body, so you are left feeling great but sore at the same time. This class is a positive, friendly class and all ages are welcome. All moves are modifiable and the number one rule is to have fun.

Cardio Glutes
A cardio glute workout combines cardiovascular exercises with moves that target and build the glute muscles, such as lunge variations (like jump lunges and backward lunges), squat variations (like squat jumps and lateral squat jumps), treadmill incline walking, and lateral walks. The goal is to elevate your heart rate while engaging your glutes, promoting overall fitness, muscle growth, and increased calorie burn through a mix of dynamic and strength-focused movements.

Crosslite
High intensity fitness program that combines a variety of functional movements to improve overall physical fitness.

Dance Fitness
Stands out from technical or traditional dance in that technique and intricate choreography aren't the main focus. Participants don't spend months perfecting a routine, rather just show up, work up a sweat while doing their best to follow an instructor, and leave feeling good about their workout! It is fun, easy to follow and one heck of a calorie burn! This is a moderate intensity class filled with fun music and easy to follow routines!

Empower
Empower is a class designed to step out of comfort zones. This class combines strength training and cardio to build stamina.

Full Body
Strength & Conditioning
Workout which includes light stretching, cardio, and strength training from head to toe!

Goddess SCULPT
Goddess Sculpt is the dynamic trio of barre, Pilates & yoga sculpt combined into one dynamite workout. It will bring you the benefits of all 3 into 1, 45 minute workout.
Barre Sculpt includes barre work: pulses, pliés, arabesques. Barre Sculpt is low to moderate intensity. Pilates Sculpt utilizes strength circuits using bands, light weights, sliders, or bodyweight. Pilates Sculpt is moderate intensity with a strong focus on core and functional strength. Last, Yoga Sculpt incorporates strength training. This could include lunges, squats, or bicep curls using light to moderate weights. Yoga Sculpt is moderate to high intensity with faster-paced motions.

HIIT
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which is a type of workout that involves alternating between short, intense 30 second bursts of exercise and brief 15 second recovery periods. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells, resistance bands and mats. The exercises in this class will be lower body focused. All movements can be modified for every fitness level.

Hip Hop Fit
Are you ready for a hyped-up dance-fitness party?! This high-energy class includes fun and engaging dance moves as well as low and high-intensity exercises using hip hop culture and music as the motivating force. Every class is like 45 minutes of being at the dance club, and you sometimes forget that you are even working out. The goal is always for you to leave class feeling invigorated and with a smile on your face. All ages and levels of fitness and dance are welcome, and modifications are always available because this class is for everyone.

Hot Sculpt
Sweat & Sculpt - using light weights & Pilates reformer machines.

Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga practice in a heated room.Hot yoga classes can vary in style, but they often incorporate elements of Hatha Vinyasa yoga. The warm environment can improve circulation, relaxation making it an invigorating experience.

Kickboxing Basics
An introductory fitness class focused on foundational kickboxing techniques, including stances, footwork, punches (like jabs and crosses), and kicks (such as front and roundhouse kicks). Classes are structured with a warm-up, skill instruction, combination practice for a fat-burning workout, and a cool-down. Participants can expect to build physical fitness, improve coordination and agility, and boost confidence in a safe, supportive group environment.

KickFit & Dance2Fit
KickFit is a high intensity cardio class combining kickboxing, exercise moves, and dance moves into choreographed routines to some of your favorite music.
Dance2Fit is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines dance and fitness. It's set to popular music, such as hip hop, country, and pop, and is designed to be fun and energetic.
KickFit and Dance2Fit classes are open to people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, and no prior dance or kickboxing experience is required. Participants can dance at their own pace and the classes are intended to be judgment-free and encouraging.

Lower Body Stations
A lower body stations workout typically involves rotating through a series of exercises targeting different muscle groups in the legs and hips. This could include variations of squats, lunges, deadlifts, and other exercises performed at designated stations. The workout may focus on strength training, muscle endurance, or a combination of both, often with timed sets or repetitions.

Mat Pilates
Pilates is a balance of stretch and strength. Pilates is core strength focused with deep breathing, AND the best part is all exercises are low impact! How can Pilates transform Your Body? Pilates improves posture. Pilates gives you a lean body. Pilates helps people who have back pain. Pilates helps to lose weight. Pilates helps to cope with discomfort and even pains during your menstrual cycle.

Pilates HIIT
HIIT Pilates combines HIIT with Pilates:
You move through Pilates-inspired exercises (like planks, leg lifts, bridges, or roll-ups) in timed intervals. The pace is quicker and the transitions sharper than in traditional Pilates. It mixes strength training, cardio, and mobility in one session.

Pound® Rockout Workout is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.
Using Ripstix®, lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, Pound® Rockout Workout transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Reformer
(Pilates Reformer)
Reformer or Pilates Reformer, classes offer a full-body workout focused on controlled, precise movements using a specialized machine called a reformer. The reformer, with its adjustable springs and carriage, provides resistance and support, challenging core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Expect a low-impact workout with a mix of familiar and unique exercises, guided by an instructor who ensures you feel safe and supported, regardless of your experience level.

Sculpt Pilates
A Pilates class that emphasizes building strength and muscle definition through exercises that sculpt and tone the body. Sculpt Pilates classes are designed to help you build lean muscle mass and improve muscle definition, leading to a more toned physique.

Shed & Shred
This high impact workout combines cardio, heavy lifting, and resistance training. Shed & Shred is a burnout class is a dynamic fitness class that combines strength training and aerobic conditioning with the goal of building muscle ("shredding") and losing weight or burning calories ("shedding"). It's designed to provide a comprehensive workout that addresses both muscle building and cardiovascular fitness. This class aims to help participants shred muscle and shed calories.

Spicy Yoga
Spicy Yoga utilizes breathwork, hip-opener movements, and floor work in a slow paced yoga flow. Embrace your femininity in this beginner yoga class for adults 18+. Knee pads and attire that makes you feel sexy suggested.

Stretch
A stretching fitness class focuses on improving flexibility, range of motion, and muscle recovery through various stretching techniques. These classes often incorporate static and dynamic stretching, and may also include foam rolling and other recovery methods. The goal is to reduce muscle tension, improve posture, and enhance overall physical well-being.

StrongHer
Unleash your inner powerhouse. StrongHer is a strength-training class designed to help women build lean muscle, boost confidence, and feel unstoppable. Using a mix of free weights, machines, and functional movements, you'll sculpt, strengthen, and elevate your fitness—one rep at a time.

Tae Bo Style Workout
Join expert trainer Tonya Mossman for our invigorating Tae Bo style workout at Destination Wellness, where you’ll kick and box your way to a stronger, fitter you. This dynamic workout fuses martial arts with cardiovascular exercise, ensuring you get the ultimate fitness experience in a welcoming environment tailored for women. Throw Down 101
This is a class that features choreographed routines with an emphasis on hip hop throwbacks and top hits. There is emphasis on dance and choreography.
Because there is so much focus on choreography for each song, we will start with Throw Down® 101 where for each class we will take about 5-8 songs, break down the moves and then do them full out. Once we get a full playlist of around 15-17 songs, we will then move on to having regular Throw Down® classes where we will do all of the songs in one class back to back. This class is for EVERYONE! If you like to dance….If you like a party…..If you like hanging out with other girls, of ALL ages, come and give it a try! I am all about positive vibes! 🥰

Tone It Up!
Tone It Up! focuses on building lean muscle mass and improving muscle definition through targeted exercises. These classes often incorporate weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to sculpt and firm the body. They are designed to improve overall body composition, posture, and muscle endurance, often while burning calories and boosting metabolism. Building muscle mass can lead to a higher resting metabolic rate, helping the body burn more calories even at rest.

TRX
A TRX class utilizes a suspension training system called the TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) to deliver a full-body workout. Participants use their own body weight and the TRX straps to perform a variety of exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability.

Upper Body
Incorporates exercises using weights and resistance to strengthen and tone the upper body. No cardio, no impact, just concentrated, slow and steady wins the race lifting!

Zumba Toning
Zumba & Toning is a Zumba class that incorporates weights to enhance muscle toning and sculpting. It combines the fun, party-like atmosphere of Zumba with exercises that focus on specific muscle groups like arms, core, and lower body.
