Studio Classes

Abs
This workout class is focused on toning, trimming and strengthening abdominal muscles.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a form of yoga that utilizes a swing suspended from the ceiling to support the body during various yoga poses. This allows practitioners to experience yoga poses in a unique way, often with increased flexibility and range of motion due to the support provided by the swing. It is known for improving flexibility, strength, balance, and spinal alignment, while also offering a unique and fun way to experience yoga. Aerial yoga can be a great option for beginners as the swing provides support, making certain poses more accessible.

Bar Sculpt
Class combining bar work with full body sculpting with bands, weights, balls and blocks!

Boot Camp
ATTENTION! You must adapt, overcome and improvise in this life! Time to get strong and
capable! Full body overhaul! A bootcamp class is a station structured workout that combines cardio and strength training. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. The exercises in this class will hit every part of the body. All movements can be modified for every fitness level.

Booty Blast
Booty Blast -You'll experience a variety of exercises carefully selected to maximize glute engagement and define your glutes with the incorporation of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Gain more knowledge about lower body strength training; while having you leave with the best booty pump ever.

Bungee
​A Bungee workout can enhance your coordination, boost your strength and skyrocket your confidence. It's a cardiovascular workout minus the impact, so it's gentler on the body's joints. The bungee cord gives just enough resistance to keep your muscles working, along with an element of playfulness that keeps you interested and engaged.

Burnin Bands
Burnin Bands is a dynamic 30-minute mid-morning class at Destination Wellness, designed to lean and tighten muscles while effectively burning calories. Utilizing resistance bands, this focused workout empowers women to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment. Join us to energize your body and elevate your wellness journey!

Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is a moderate to high intensity cardio class. You burn calories while drumming to the beat of the music and our instructor incorporates several different moves to work different muscles in your body, so you are left feeling great but sore at the same time. This class is a positive, friendly class and all ages are welcome. All moves are modifiable and the number one rule is to have fun.

Circuit Sculpt
Unleash your potential with Circuit Sculpt at Destination Wellness! Join us for a dynamic 30-minute sculpting workout that utilizes weights and resistance bands to tone your body effectively. Flat Belly Bootcamp
An AB-focused workout class with bands and Pilates balls which sculpts your core using the instability of the ball for deep muscle activation and bands for added resistance. This class targets abs, obliques, and glutes with moves like banded leg lifts, ball crunches, plank variations with ball squeezes, and controlled sit-ups. Expect enhanced strength, stability, posture, and definition through low-impact, Pilates-inspired movements.

Full Body

Hip Hop Fit
This high-energy class includes fun and engaging dance moves as well as low and high-intensity exercises using hip hop culture and music as the motivating force. Every class is like 45 minutes of being at the dance club, and you sometimes forget that you are even working out. The goal is always for you to leave class feeling invigorated and with a smile on your face. All ages and levels of fitness and dance are welcome, and modifications are always available.

Hot Bar Sculpt
Class combining bar work with full body sculpting with bands, weights, balls and blocks! This class is offered in a heated room using infrared panels.

Hot Full Body Toning

KickFit is a high intensity cardio class combining kickboxing, exercise moves, and dance moves into choreographed routines to some of your favorite music.

Lift
A lifting strength training class description involves guided, full-body workouts using weights (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells) and bodyweight to build muscle, increase power, tone physique, and improve functional fitness, with a strong focus on proper form, technique, and safety, often set to music and catering to various levels. Expect exercises like squats, presses, lunges, and curls, with class styles varying from high-intensity circuits to focused, lower-rep heavy lifting for strength.

Lymphatic Flow Pilates
Through intentional, low impact movements, deep breathing, and gentle fascia release, we help:

Pilates HIIT
Pilates HIIT combines HIIT with Pilates: You move through Pilates-inspired exercises (like planks, leg lifts, bridges, or roll-ups) in timed intervals. The pace is quicker and the transitions sharper than in traditional Pilates. It mixes strength training, cardio, and mobility in one session.

Pilates On Demand

Power Pilates

It blends dance, cardio, and strength with an emphasis on mind-body wellness.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer or Pilates Reformer classes offer a full-body workout focused on controlled, precise movements using a specialized machine called a reformer. Rhythm & Reps

Sculpt Pilates

Shed & Shred
This Shed & Shred burnout class is a dynamic fitness class that combines strength training and aerobic conditioning with the goal of building muscle ("shredding") and losing weight or burning calories ("shedding"). It's designed to provide a comprehensive workout that addresses both muscle building and cardiovascular fitness. This class aims to help participants shred muscle and shed calories.

Sculpt Pilates

Split Decision
Split Decision: Upper vs. Lower
Two trainers. Two training styles. One seriously powerful workout.
In this full body strength class, one trainer takes charge of upper body strength building powerful shoulders, backs, and arms with focused lifting. Meanwhile, the other trainer leads lower body destruction, using her infamous deck of cards to decide your fate. Every flip means a new challenge for your glutes, quads, and hamstrings.
Expect strength circuits, surprise reps, and a little chaos. You won’t know what’s coming next.

Step It Up
Step It Up is a high-energy cardio workout that combines choreographed movement patters with the use of an elevated step platform. Strong Nation & Mobility
STRONG Nation + MOBILITY will be a combination class that will start with high-energy moves for muscle conditioning and cardio and will end with relaxing breathwork and mobility exercises. In both of these formats, music is synced to the moves. There is no dancing in this class.
This class is appropriate for everyone! We are all different, and all of us want to feel better physically and mentally. YOU DO YOU! Go at your own pace. There are modifications for everything.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga where passive postures are held for extended periods—typically 3 to 10 minutes. Zumba!
Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It is a fun and energetic way to get a workout. Zumba incorporates a variety of dance styles, including salsa, merengue, cumbia, and hip-hop. Zumba classes are designed for people of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced dancers.

Zumba + Lift
Zumba + Lift is a Zumba class that incorporates weights to enhance muscle toning and sculpting. It combines the fun, party-like atmosphere of Zumba with exercises that focus on specific muscle groups like arms, core, and lower body.
