DW Classes


Abs
This workout class is focused on toning, trimming and strengthening abdominal muscles.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a form of yoga that utilizes a swing suspended from the ceiling to support the body during various yoga poses. This allows practitioners to experience yoga poses in a unique way, often with increased flexibility and range of motion due to the support provided by the swing. It is known for improving flexibility, strength, balance, and spinal alignment, while also offering a unique and fun way to experience yoga. Aerial yoga can be a great option for beginners as the swing provides support, making certain poses more accessible.

Barre
A combination of Barre, stretching, Pilates, and balance work.

Bar Sculpt
Class combining bar work with full body sculpting with bands, weights, balls and blocks!

Boot Camp
Full body overhaul! A bootcamp class is a station structured workout that combines cardio and strength training. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. The exercises in this class will hit every part of the body. All movements can be modified for every fitness level.

Booty Blast
Booty Blast -You'll experience a variety of exercises carefully selected to maximize glute engagement and define your glutes with the incorporation of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Gain more knowledge about lower body strength training; while having you leave with the best booty pump ever.

Belly Dancing
**Belly Dancing 101**: Shake, rattle, and roll with Angie in our energetic beginners' class designed to burn calories while you embrace the joy of movement. This fun and engaging session not only promotes fitness but also enhances confidence and self-expression. Join us at Destination Wellness to experience holistic wellness that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit!

Bungee
​A Bungee workout can enhance your coordination, boost your strength and skyrocket your confidence. It's a cardiovascular workout minus the impact, so it's gentler on the body's joints. The bungee cord gives just enough resistance to keep your muscles working, along with an element of playfulness that keeps you interested and engaged.

Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is a moderate to high intensity cardio class. You burn calories while drumming to the beat of the music and our instructor incorporates several different moves to work different muscles in your body, so you are left feeling great but sore at the same time. This class is a positive, friendly class and all ages are welcome. All moves are modifiable and the number one rule is to have fun.

Crosslite
High intensity fitness program that combines a variety of functional movements to improve overall physical fitness.

Dance2Fit
Dance2Fit is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines dance and fitness. It's set to popular music, such as hip hop, country, and pop, and is designed to be fun and energetic.

Dance Fusion
Dance Fusion! Get ready to move, sweat, and sculpt! Dance fusion is a high-energy blend of cardio dance, toning, weights, resistance bands, and step training, everything you need for a total-body workout!

Empower
Empower is a class designed to step out of comfort zones. This class combines strength training and cardio to build stamina.

Fitness Fundamentals
Join our first-floor entry studio class, where you'll learn fitness fundamentals in a supportive environment. This 30-minute session focuses on correct form and offers a safe, full-body workout tailored to your pace, equipping you with the essential tools to embark on your healthy journey!

Full Body
Strength & Conditioning
Workout includes light stretching, cardio, and strength training from head to toe!

Goddess Sculpt
Goddess SCULPT: Is the dynamic trio of barre/Pilates & yoga sculpt combined into one dynamite workout. This class brings you the benefits of all 3 into 1, 45 minute workout. Expect Low to High Intensity while targeting core and leg muscles.

Glutes & Core
Booty building and toning while slimming down the core area!

HIIT
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which is a type of workout that involves alternating between short, intense 30 second bursts of exercise and brief 15 second recovery periods. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells, resistance bands and mats. The exercises in this class will be lower body focused. All movements can be modified for every fitness level.

Hip Hop Fit
This high-energy class includes fun and engaging dance moves as well as low and high-intensity exercises using hip hop culture and music as the motivating force. Every class is like 45 minutes of being at the dance club, and you sometimes forget that you are even working out. The goal is always for you to leave class feeling invigorated and with a smile on your face. All ages and levels of fitness and dance are welcome, and modifications are always available.

Hot Bar Sculpt
Class combining bar work with full body sculpting with bands, weights, balls and blocks! This class is offered in a heated room using infrared panels.

Hot Full Body Toning
Experience the transformative power of our Hot Full Body Toning session at Destination Wellness. In just 30 minutes, this infrared heated treatment sculpts and tones your body while promoting a healthy glow. Join us in empowering your wellness journey, as we nourish your body, mind, and spirit in a serene environment designed for women seeking holistic health.

Hot Lift
A lifting strength training class description involves guided, full-body workouts using weights (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells) and bodyweight to build muscle, increase power, tone physique, and improve functional fitness, with a strong focus on proper form, technique, and safety, often set to music and catering to various levels. Expect exercises like squats, presses, lunges, and curls, with class styles varying from high-intensity circuits to focused, lower-rep heavy lifting for strength. This class is offered in a heated room using infrared panels.

Hot Sculpt
Sweat & Sculpt - full body toning & contouring in a heated room!

Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga practice in a heated room.Hot yoga classes can vary in style, but they often incorporate elements of Hatha Vinyasa yoga. The warm environment can improve circulation, relaxation making it an invigorating experience.

Kickboxing Basics
An introductory fitness class focused on foundational kickboxing techniques, including stances, footwork, punches (like jabs and crosses), and kicks (such as front and roundhouse kicks). Classes are structured with a warm-up, skill instruction, combination practice for a fat-burning workout, and a cool-down. Participants can expect to build physical fitness, improve coordination and agility, and boost confidence in a safe, supportive group environment.

KickFit
KickFit is a high intensity cardio class combining kickboxing, exercise moves, and dance moves into choreographed routines to some of your favorite music.
​KickFit classes are open to people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels.

Lower Body Stations
A lower body stations workout typically involves rotating through a series of exercises targeting different muscle groups in the legs and hips. This could include variations of squats, lunges, deadlifts, and other exercises performed at designated stations. The workout may focus on strength training, muscle endurance, or a combination of both, often with timed sets or repetitions.

Mat Pilates
Pilates is a balance of stretch and strength. Pilates is core strength focused with deep breathing, AND the best part is all exercises are low impact! How can Pilates transform Your Body? Pilates improves posture. Pilates gives you a lean body. Pilates helps people who have back pain. Pilates helps to lose weight. Pilates helps to cope with discomfort and even pains during your menstrual cycle.

Pilates HIIT
Pilates HIIT combines HIIT with Pilates: You move through Pilates-inspired exercises (like planks, leg lifts, bridges, or roll-ups) in timed intervals. The pace is quicker and the transitions sharper than in traditional Pilates. It mixes strength training, cardio, and mobility in one session.

PoundFit
Pound® Rockout Workout is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. This is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.
Using Ripstix®, lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, Pound® Rockout Workout transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Power & Poise
Power & Poise combines traditional strength training with balance and stability work to create a workout that’s as powerful as it is effective. Using weights and intentional movement, this class improves muscle tone, posture, and coordination while challenging your core throughout. Strong doesn’t have to be chaotic. This class proves it can be poised.

Quick Glutes
Transform your after-work routine with our 30-minute Quick Glutes Class at Destination Wellness! Designed for busy women, this energizing session focuses on toning and lifting, helping you achieve that perfect booty in no time. Join us to embrace holistic wellness while sculpting your physique—because your well-being deserves a devoted destination.

Reformer
Reformer or Pilates Reformer, classes offer a full-body workout focused on controlled, precise movements using a machine called a reformer. The reformer, has adjustable springs and carriage which provide resistance and support. It challenges core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Expect a low-impact workout with a mix of familiar and unique exercises, guided by an instructor who ensures you feel safe and supported, regardless of your experience level.

Rhythm & Reps
Unlock the power of movement with our energizing 30-minute weightlifting class set to music! Each session targets different muscle groups through seven dynamic tracks: warm up, squats, chest, back, core, biceps/triceps, and lunges/shoulders, finishing with a rejuvenating cooldown. At Destination Wellness, we empower women to embrace their strength while nourishing their bodies, minds, and spirits in a fun, supportive environment!

Sculpt Pilates
A Pilates class that emphasizes building strength and muscle definition through exercises that sculpt and tone the body. Sculpt Pilates classes are designed to help you build lean muscle mass and improve muscle definition, leading to a more toned physique.

Shed & Shred
This high impact workout combines cardio, heavy lifting, and resistance training. Shed & Shred is a burnout class is a dynamic fitness class that combines strength training and aerobic conditioning with the goal of building muscle ("shredding") and losing weight or burning calories ("shedding"). It provides a comprehensive workout that addresses both muscle building and cardiovascular fitness. This class aims to help participants shred muscle and shed calories.

Spicy Yoga
Spicy Yoga utilizes breathwork, hip-opener movements, and floor work in a slow paced yoga flow. Embrace your femininity in this beginner yoga class for adults 18+. Knee pads and attire that makes you feel sexy suggested.

StrongHer
Unleash your inner powerhouse. StrongHer is a strength-training class designed to help women build lean muscle, boost confidence, and feel unstoppable. Using a mix of free weights, machines, and functional movements, you'll sculpt, strengthen, and elevate your fitness—one rep at a time.

Strong Nation & Mobility
STRONG Nation + MOBILITY will be a combination class that will start with high-energy moves for muscle conditioning and cardio and will end with relaxing breathwork and mobility exercises. In both of these formats, music is synced to the moves. There is no dancing in this class.
This class is appropriate for everyone! We are all different, and all of us want to feel better physically and mentally. YOU DO YOU! Go at your own pace. There are modifications for everything.

Tone It Up!
Tone It Up! focuses on building lean muscle mass and improving muscle definition through targeted exercises. These classes often incorporate weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to sculpt and firm the body. They are designed to improve overall body composition, posture, and muscle endurance, often while burning calories and boosting metabolism. Building muscle mass can lead to a higher resting metabolic rate, helping the body burn more calories even at rest.

Trampoline & Tone
Trampoline & Tone offers a dynamic 30-minute workout that blends low-impact cardio with full-body toning exercises. Utilizing trampolines along with weights, bands, and balls, this class is designed to elevate your heart rate while strengthening and sculpting your body. Join us to experience a fun, energetic approach to holistic wellness tailored for every woman on her journey to empowerment.

TRX
A TRX class utilizes a suspension training system called the TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) to deliver a full-body workout. Participants use their own body weight and the TRX straps to perform a variety of exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability.

Zumba!
Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It is a fun and energetic way to get a workout. Zumba incorporates a variety of dance styles, including salsa, merengue, cumbia, and hip-hop. Zumba classes are designed for people of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced dancers.

Zumba & Toning
Zumba & Toning is a Zumba class that incorporates weights to enhance muscle toning and sculpting. It combines the fun, party-like atmosphere of Zumba with exercises that focus on specific muscle groups like arms, core, and lower body.
