Service Description
ATTENTION! You must adapt, overcome and improvise in this life! Time to get strong and capable! Full body overhaul! A bootcamp class is a station structured workout that combines cardio and strength training. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. The exercises in this class will hit every part of the body. All movements can be modified for every fitness level.
