Join us for Power & Praise, a FREE community faith & fitness event where we’ll move our bodies 🏃♀️💪, strengthen our faith 🙏✝️, and give God the glory! 🙌✨
This uplifting class combines dance fitness 💃🎶, strength training 🏋️♀️ using weights and resistance bands, and worship & praise 🎵🙌 set to Christian music. We’ll also take time for a short devotional 📖 and prayer 🙏 as we come together in faith, friendship, and community. 🤝❤️

You don’t have to know the moves 💃 or be experienced with fitness 💪—just come as you are ❤️, move at your own pace 🚶♀️, and have fun! 🎉
