Step into a deeply restorative evening designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you. This 90-minute experience combines the soothing vibrations of a sound bath with the healing ritual of intention setting and self-care.

We’ll begin by setting a personal intention to release stress, anxiety, worry, or anything you’re ready to leave behind. From there, you’ll be guided into a meditative sound bath, where the resonance of crystal bowls and calming instruments will wash away tension and restore balance to your mind and body.

As part of this special gathering, you’ll also create a custom foot soak using bath salts and essential oils—an intentional blend you’ll take home to continue your practice of relaxation and renewal.
