My Story
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 13 years and hold my 200-hour RYT Yoga Alliance certification. My hot power yoga classes are designed to challenge both body and mind through a dynamic, 1-hour practice that builds strength, improves flexibility, and cultivates relaxation and meditation.
When I’m not teaching yoga, I serve as a U.S. Army recruiter, helping young men and women reach their college and career goals. My work is deeply rewarding—but it can also be demanding. Yoga is my way to decompress, find balance, and reconnect with myself and others.
